To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sv677's aggregate liability to any player in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. sv677 shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal or illegal activity conducted through or in connection with the sv677 Account.
• Collusion with other players, including match-fixing or coordinated betting designed to exploit sv677 markets.
• Use of prohibited software, including bots, scripts, or any automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.

Where an Account is closed by sv677 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.
